Picture Me Perfect Studios School Photography at a Glance
Receive your Picture Me Perfect Studios prep packet with everything you will need to inform your parents about the upcoming portrait day. An email will be sent to you for your class rosters. We need each child’s first and last name, their teacher's name and their class name. Rosters must be submitted three weeks before your Picture Day
Now it's portrait day! Our child friendly photographer will arrive on time and photograph every child on multiple backdrops with different poses. On picture day, there is no writing down the names of the children nor the hassle of collecting any money!
On picture day, your photographer will distribute to your staff information to be given to the parents about how to view and buy their portraits online. There is never any obligation to purchase! If they choose to place an order they can simply check out and opt to whether they would like to photographs shipped to the school free of charge (by bulk shipping deadline) or pay $6 to be shipped to any address within the continental USA.
Your finished portraits arrive approximately 2 weeks after picture day. All orders are full-filled within easy to distribute window envelopes. At that time, we will also send reminder notices for all the parents that have not made a purchase online. All parents who login to view their student's portraits will be sent email and text reminders about special offers and shipping deadlines.
